In-State Tuition for Undocumented Students Meets Demise in House

"Legislation to allow some undocumented students access to in-state tuition rates at Virginia’s public colleges and universities has gone down to defeat in the House of Delegates. But so, too, did legislation that would have prevented undocumented students from attending public institutions of higher education at all."
