Delegate Lopez Endorsed by Virginia NOW and Planned Parenthood
Named a tireless champion for women’s health care and reproductive freedom

ARLINGTON – Delegate Alfonso Lopez (D-Arlington) has been endorsed by the Virginia National Organization for Women (NOW) and Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington Action Fund. Virginia NOW is a statewide organization that advocates for women’s rights and social justice for all people. Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington Action Fund has worked in the Washington, DC region for over 70 years advocating for the preservation and broadening of access to reproductive health care.

“Alfonso Lopez is a champion for women and families, including the most vulnerable Virginians,” said Diana Egozcue, president of Virginia NOW. “Through initiatives on housing, small business, public safety and other pressing concerns, he is working effectively to help all Virginians have a better life.
