Ballot Petitions

I’m up for re-election this year, and need petition signatures to qualify for the ballot. In normal times, we would go door-to-door, or stand outside of super markets for hours to get these signatures. But these aren’t normal times.

Thankfully, our Department of Elections has adapted, and created a form to allow you to digitally sign to help me get on the ballot!

Would you sign the petition to get me on the ballot for our June 8th primary election? It doesn’t take more than two minutes!

Before you head to the link below, please read the following instructions carefully:

 

For GMAIL Users

    • When you open the link, you’ll see a PDF form to fill out to e-sign to help me get on the ballot

    • Click “Fill a copy” in the upper right hand corner

    • If you have a gmail, select “Sign in with Google”

    • On the next screen, select “Let’s do this” and make sure you click the checkbox to the right

  • Fill out all elements of the form

    • Type your name on the line where it asks for your name

    • For signature, click where it says “sign” on the blue pop-up bubble

    • On the next page, select the “type” tab

    • Type your name into the box where it says “Your Name”

    • Choose one of the fonts below

    • Type your full address in on the line below, INCLUDING City, state, and zip code

    • Click the box where it says “date” to enter the day’s date automatically

    • Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in the next box over

    • This is REQUIRED for the digital signature to be valid

    • All data will be stored securely, and destroyed once Alfonso is confirmed on the ballot

    • Click “FINALIZE” in the upper right corner

    • Then click “FINALIZE DOCUMENT” on the pop-up window

    • That’s it, we’ve received your e-signature to get Alfonso on the ballot. Thank you!

 

For NON-GMAIL Users

    • When you open the link, you’ll see a PDF form to fill out to e-sign to help me get on the ballot

    • Click “Fill a copy” in the upper right hand corner

    • If you don’t have a gmail, select “Sign in with email address”

      • Enter the info required to sign in

      • You will be sent a confirmation email

      • Once you confirm your email by clicking the link they send you, 

    • On the next screen, select “Let’s do this” and make sure you click the checkbox to the right

  • Fill out all elements of the form

    • Type your name on the line where it asks for your name

    • For signature, click where it says “sign” on the blue pop-up bubble

    • On the next page, select the “type” tab

    • Type your name into the box where it says “Your Name”
